We are looking for a 1099 Recruiter to work remotely supporting our corporate office. (Must live in the United States)

This is a COMISSION based position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recruiter with 25 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process excellent communication skills and the ability to identify top talent for various roles within the organization. As a Recruiter you will play a crucial role in building a talented workforce and contributing to the companys growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source attract and recruit top talent through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback maintaining communication throughout the hiring process and creating a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Experience: 25 years of experience in recruiting preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
