What you will do:

• Process vendor invoices in AP automation system, Bill.com
• Reconcile the budgeting tool to monthly expenses
• Perform month-end close duties including assigned balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, expense accruals, roll forward schedules
• Assist with third-party audit requests, preparation of year-end audit schedules
• Post corporate credit card transactions in the general ledger
• Ensure proper W9 information is on file to assist with year-end 1099 preparation
• Assist with other projects as needed

What you will bring to the position:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting or related field is preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Familiarity with accounting principles and GL systems
• Ability to prioritize and budget work time efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be well organized and a self-starter
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts, and corporate procedures
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
