Role Summary:

As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing intelligent systems that leverage state-of-the-art language models. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning and natural language processing, combined with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. You will work with leading LLMs and technologies to create solutions that push the boundaries of what AI can achieve, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry.

What You'll Do:

• Leverage LLM APIs: Work with APIs from popular LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and Mistral to integrate advanced language capabilities into our products.
  
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Utilize RAG techniques to enhance the performance and capabilities of language models, ensuring more accurate and contextually relevant outputs.
• Fine-Tune Language Models: Develop and execute strategies for fine-tuning LLMs to meet specific project requirements, optimizing their performance for various use cases.
• Utilize LangChain: Employ LangChain or similar frameworks to design and deploy robust AI solutions, enabling seamless interaction between different AI components.
• Drive AI Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, continuously seeking opportunities to incorporate new techniques and tools into our projects.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define AI requirements, align on project goals, and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

Who You Are:

• Proficient in using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and Mistral, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• Experienced in RAG: Demonstrated ability to implement retrieval-augmented generation techniques to enhance AI solutions.
• Skilled in Fine-Tuning: Hands-on experience in fine-tuning language models to optimize performance and adapt to specific use cases.
• Familiar with LangChain: Experience using LangChain or similar frameworks for building AI applications.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset, capable of tackling complex challenges and devising innovative solutions.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in dynamic and diverse teams.
