Toon Goggles, the On-Demand Entertainment Service for children, has the largest variety of animated and live-action shows, games, radio and 4K streaming video available worldwide. With kid-safe and parent-friendly content, Toon Goggles has partnered with the biggest names in tablets, mobile devices and smart TVs, including Sony, Sharp, Samsung, Roku, and Kurio. The service features top animated comedies for kids like Bernard, Monk and Canimals as well as educational, action and preschool shows.

Toon Goggles is the only children's service with 4K Ultra High-Definition streaming, and the first to develop a custom application for the Apple Watch. The unique TG Shortiez section lets kids make their own videos, add filters and publish with parent approval. Toon Goggles is currently creating and merchandising an original show called Eddie is a Yeti, co-produced with Mondo TV. The platform truly gives the user a one-stop, all-inclusive entertainment experience at home or on the go.

Are you a creative visionary who can bring characters to life and captivate audiences with your designs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Character Designer at Toon Goggles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop unique and compelling character designs for our animated projects that align with the overall creative vision.
• Collaborate closely with the Animation Director, Storyboard Artists, and Animators to ensure consistency in character portrayal throughout the production process.
• Create initial sketches and concept art to establish the look and feel of each character, considering factors such as personality, expressions, and movements.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team and incorporate adjustments to enhance the characters' appeal and visual storytelling.
• Work within project timelines and communicate effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Character Designer in the animation industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative concepts.
• Proficiency in digital art tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, or similar programs.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate ideas into engaging character designs that resonate with audiences of all ages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and bring characters to life through visual storytelling.
• A passion for cartoons, animation, and storytelling, with a deep understanding of character development and design principles.
