Construction Estimator - Highrise Construction - Base Salary to 150k/year - Indianapolis, IN

• Our client is a quickly growing construction company specializing in commercial drywall, metal framing, painting, insulation, and wood framing projects on highrise buildings, hotels, and large multifamily complexes. Their team is dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service to our clients.
• Our client is seeking a Construction Estimator for their team in Indianapolis. The Construction Estimator will work with various bidding software to provide accurate and competitive estimates. The position is hybrid, offering a combination of remote work and on-site visits as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate commercial drywall, metal framing, painting, insulation, and wood framing projects.
• Manage projects from bid preparation through completion, ensuring quality and profitability.
• Utilize different bidding software to create accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator/Project Manager in high rise building construction.
• Proficiency with various bidding software (e.g., Bluebeam, Quickbid, PlanSwift, ProEst, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of drywall, metal framing, painting, insulation, and wood framing.
• Proximity to the Indianapolis area or willingness to relocate.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 120k – 150k/year range
