Dairy Farm Herd Manager position immediately available on 1,000 cow modern dairy farm in West Central Wisconsin. This is a working manager / supervisor / herdsman position. Will supervise assistant herdsmen, feed crew, milking parlor and staff, and calf and heifer employees. Will also Manage Reproduction. A.I. experience preferred. MUST have proven ability to supervise, motivate and train others especially in herdsman tasks such as administering IV's, shots, calf care, etc. Good communication and computer skills a MUST. Experience with Westfallia Dairy Plan software a plus. Prior experience a plus - eagerness to learn a MUST. Benefits negotiable - open to any suggestions.
