Position: Data Analyst Intern  :This role is a Hybrid position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Hayward, CA location.

About you :

Are you passionate about data analytics and healthcare? Do you enjoy working with customers and solving their problems? If so, you might be the perfect fit for VIVIO!

As an Intern Data Analyst, you will work within our Tech Team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering, to analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to enhance sales, and customer satisfaction, drive business growth and increase operational efficiency.

This role involves working with various data sources, creating reports and dashboards and building automation for the same while collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

We are looking for a talented, new Computer Science or Data Science graduate or a college student with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and with a passion to learn and grow. 

Qualifications

Who should apply 

We're looking for candidates with the following requirements: 

• Completed or currently enrolled in a computer science/computer engineering/data science degree, with at least three academic years completed at the time you start your internship. 
• Strong knowledge SQL preferably with MySQL 
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Understanding of database schemas and design 
• Experience with data processing and building automation with Python/Pandas is preferred 
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a plus 
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Jasper, Quicksight, PowerBI or Tableau is a plus 
• Strong aptitude for complex products and solutions 
• Extreme attention to detail 
• A willingness to work independently and be flexible to shifting needs and priorities.
• Candidate is required to work in a hybrid environment at our corporate office in Hayward, CA 
• No visa sponsorship available for this role
• This long-term internship (at least six months) may also be extended. 

Pay Range: $25-35/hour
