Essential Job Functions:

• Shipping and Receiving:

  1. Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving documents and maintain related data and records.
  2. Verify shipping/receiving counts and resolve discrepancies.
  3. Collect and file all outbound freight documentation.
  4. Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and paperwork.
  5. Schedule inbound and outbound freight in coordination with Warehouse Manager.
  6. Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
  7. Identify backorders and expedite handling as needed.
  8. Verify incoming merchandise for accuracy.

• Order Picking/Pulling: 

  1. Pick customer orders, ensuring correct product and quantity.
  2. Safely transport product using material handling equipment.
  3. Organize orders for delivery and repack items requiring special handling.
  4. Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure warehouse security and safety.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Experience operating the Forklift (Cherry Picker is a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and WMS technology.
• Adherence to safety rules and requirements.
