Our agency client seeks a talented and passionate Web Developer / E-Marketing Manager to enhance their email marketing, landing page, and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in design, write clean code, and seamlessly transition projects from raw assets to polished, production-ready deployments.

Four days in office, 1 day WFH ( Friday) Summer Hours on Friday

Role and Responsibilities: The Web Designer / E-Marketing Manager will work within the creative team under the supervision of the VP of Interactive Services. The role involves designing, coordinating, and managing UX and HTML projects, including wireframe designs, site maps, design, coding, content migration, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development & Execution: Work directly with clients to develop concepts and code templates for HTML emails and related landing pages.
• Campaign Management: Oversees the email deployment calendar for various clients, analyzes campaign metrics, and communicates campaign metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Website Redesign Support: Assist with website redesign efforts, including CMS content population, code cleanup, browser, and accessibility testing.
• Client & Team Communication: Ensure account teams are updated on project statuses, meet deadlines efficiently, and communicate effectively with clients when necessary.

Requirements:

Technical Proficiency:

• Experience with Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, and Hubspot.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript frameworks or CMS systems such as Craft CMS, WordPress, or Drupal.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Photoshop.
• Ability to generate reports using Google Analytics GA4.
• Previous agency experience and a strong portfolio are a plus.
