Key Position Details:

• Great clinic to build a new practice due to high patient demand, growing area and many primary care patient growth opportunities from Urgent care and Specialty provider referrals
• Multispecialty (Urgent Care, CKRI, community pharmacy, ortho, podiatry, cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, ENT, audiology, Ob-Gyn/Midwifery, urology, nephrology, diabetic education, clinic pharmacist, Mental Health, high tech imaging) all on site
• Successful mentoring program for new providers who join our practice

• Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support
• Clinic hours are Monday: 7:30am-6pm, Friday: 7:30am-5pm, and closed Saturday-Sunday

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
• Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.
• Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
• Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.
• May participate in peer review and quality assurance.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree Completion of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program required
• Licensed Physician Assistant - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire
• ACLS-BLS Tier 2 - Multisource required within 180 Days
• Certification as Physician Assistant - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants upon hire required
• Drug Enforcement Administration upon hire required
