PRIMARY PURPOSE/GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
In the summer of 2024, for the thirty-first consecutive year, the Williamson Gallery will hire three paid, full-time, ten-week summer interns sponsored by the Getty Marrow Undergraduate Internship program. According to the Getty guidelines, these internships aim "to expose college students from backgrounds that have been underrepresented in the arts to careers in museums and visual arts organizations. The program offers paid internships in core areas of museum work such as curatorship, conservation, education, publications, and public programming. No prior work experience or educational background in the arts is required."

This is a temporary, full-time, 10-week, non-exempt level position. Non-benefits eligible.
This assignment is expected to begin on June 10, 2024 and is expected to end on or before August 16, 2024.
Hourly rate: $16.25. The hourly rate of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
