Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Head Brewer to lead our team. You and your team will be responsible for producing high-quality craft beer while adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brewing and possess strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain brewing equipment.

Head Brewer Requirements:

Experience in Brewery Operations

• Strong knowledge of brewing process and recipe development
• Understanding and ability to operate brewing equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to attract and lead a dynamic team

Head Brewer Responsibilities:

• Execute all aspects of the brewing process from grain to glass
• Operate and monitor brewery equipment including: fermentation vessels, filters, pumps, as well as packaging machinery
• Maintain all required documents during the process
• Coordinate with team to develop new recipes as well as flavors
