Your New Role As an Inside Sales Representative:

• Use your expertise with estimating software alongside the Microsoft Office Suite to craft precise and compelling estimates.

• Work closely with our sales and estimating managers to ensure every bid is profitable, every deal is a growth opportunity, and every client interaction is a stepping stone toward greater success.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, not just to introduce our services, but to connect them with the innovative solutions that Southern Electric is renowned for.

• Keep our CRM updated with your activities, monitor key metrics, and analyze bid/sales data to continuously refine our strategies.

• From the first call to closing the deal, you’ll ensure our clients feel valued and supported every step of the way.

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on outbound sales calls and cold-calling techniques.
• Ability to create detailed and accurate estimates that align with clients' needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
  
• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of relevant experience.
