What We Offer:

• Flexible Pay Options: Choose what works best for you—either a Sliding Scale Commission or Base + Commission structure.
• Solid Base Salary: Starting at $41,000, giving you peace of mind while you build your design empire.

A Day in the Life:

• Swing by the showroom or hit the road for in-home client consultations within a 20-mile radius.
• Set up meetings with clients to dive deep into their design dreams and preferences.
• Present a gorgeous selection of premium draperies and window coverings, offering expert advice to help clients make their vision a reality.
• Confidently close sales with a smile, knowing you’ve made your clients happy.
• Manage each project from consultation to installation, keeping things on track and ensuring perfection every step of the way.
• Handle orders and keep accurate records of all sales, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Assist with design and admin tasks, so every project goes off without a hitch.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Rockstar: You have a proven track record in sales and a serious love for all things home decor.
• Design Savvy: Experience in in-home design sales is essential, and if you know your way around drapery, that’s a big plus!
• Great Communicator: You’ve got strong interpersonal skills and know how to build solid client relationships.
