Experience in using hybrid mobile application development frameworks (Phone Gap, Apache Cordova) Experience in working with native SDKs (iOS, Android, windows) and platform deployments Clear understanding of Sass and LESS Understanding of Security and Encryption Experience in Unit testing 

• Candidate must have java script knowledge and should have worked on at least one java script framework. Preferably jQuery & jqGrid. However if candidates have worked on any other frameworks like Angular JS / Dojo etc. that should be fine.
• Candidate must have a good knowledge Core java and must understand how the Spring framework works. Must be aware of concepts such as dependency injection. Must be aware of common design patterns. If the candidate has not work on Spring but a similar framework such as CDI, Seam etc. we can consider them.
• Good communication is also important.
