Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trading Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Trading Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our trading operations and assisting senior traders in executing investment strategies across various markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Trade Execution: Assist in the execution of trades across different asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and currencies.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, assess market trends, and gather relevant data to support trading decisions.
3. Risk Management: Collaborate with risk management teams to monitor and analyze portfolio risk exposures, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Trade Support: Provide administrative support to senior traders, including trade confirmation, reconciliation, and settlement activities.
5. Technology Utilization: Utilize trading platforms and technology tools effectively to streamline trading processes and optimize execution efficiency.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of new trading strategies.
7. Communication: Maintain open communication channels with internal teams, external counterparties, and brokers to facilitate efficient trade execution and resolve any trading-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading principles, and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and other financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior internship or work experience in trading, asset management, or financial services is preferred but not required.
