As a Legal Intern, you will contribute to legal research, compose legal documents, and assist our injury lawyers in their representation of those affected. The specific job description and responsibilities may vary depending on the law firm or organization, but here are some common duties and expectations for a legal intern in personal injury law: • Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and court cases related to personal injury claims. This research helps lawyers build their cases and arguments • Case Preparation: Assist in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. This may involve drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents • Document Review: Review and organize medical records, police reports, accident reports, and other evidence related to personal injury cases.
