About the Role

As a Legal Intern at Keeper, you will report to and be mentored by our General Counsel and Contracts Specialist. You will have the opportunity to work on internal projects including reviewing and editing contracts and other documents.

Responsibilities

  • Review, audit and create legal documents and reports

  • Assist with privileged and confidential projects

  • Create and present detailed reports and findings

Requirements

  • Possess a strong desire to learn along with a professional drive to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, personable and dependable
  • Excellent word processing, typing and report-creation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Products
  • Current enrollment in a Juris Doctorate degree program
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week
