Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teletherapists to provide virtual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform. As a Teletherapist, you will deliver therapy in 45-60 minute sessions, offering vital support to a diverse client base. For full-time therapists, the average caseload is around 30 sessions per week. We understand that building a full caseload takes time, and we offer part-time opportunities with the flexibility to grow into a full-time role. Part-time therapists must be available to provide at least 7 client sessions per week.

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual therapy in 45-60 minute sessions
Conduct thorough client assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain detailed progress notes
Collaborate with the team to enhance services and therapeutic strategies
Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:

Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia
Eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels; candidates licensed in multiple states (in addition to Virginia) are encouraged to apply
Experience working with diverse populations
A proactive and collaborative approach to growing with the company, offering insights and ideas to improve client care
Strong internet connection and access to a private, HIPAA-compliant space for virtual sessions
Comfortable delivering care via telehealth and working remotely
