About the Role:  

The Marketing Operations Intern will support the day-to-day functions of Marketing Operations within Sitecore. They will work directly with the Director of Marketing Operations & Automation. 

What You’ll Do:  

This individual will split their time between administration tasks, marketing data analysis, marketing team support and enablement, and ongoing project support.

Beyond supporting Sitecore’s Marketing Operations function, this individual will gain broad exposure to the strategy, tactics, and expected impact of Demand Generation and Marketing efforts within Sitecore’s business as a whole and complete the internship experience with a strong understanding of how to support and facilitate change within an enterprise software organization.

Daily tasks may include, but not be limited to:  

• System Administration (Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense, Qualified) 
• Reporting and Analysis (PowerBI, Salesforce) 
• Data Management (Microsoft Excel, Salesforce) 
• Case Responses & Resolution (Salesforce) 
• Enablement Collateral (Microsoft Powerpoint, screencast) 
• File Management & Organization (Microsoft Sharepoint, Showpad) 
• Project Management & Team Collaboration (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Miro) 
• Ad-Hoc Tasks related to Marketing Operations deliverables  
• Contributions and exposure to Roadmap Planning, Business Impact & Justification, and Strategy & Prioritization
