Medical device company is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for a professional office. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of office experience with excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential. Must have excellent phone skills. Assist with answering the phones and transferring calls, administrative tasks, and data entry. Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask. Experience with insurance verification is a plus. This is a 4–8-week part time job assignment from 8:00-3:00 with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00-1:00. Pay is weekly. Must be able to produce a clear drug screen and background check.
