• Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• Organize and update patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Process and verify patient information
• Welcome and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in GSuite (Google Docs)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• US Work Authorization
