Summary

Kiddie Academy is located conveniently in Central Florida Orlando. We are part of a growing franchise seeking a new and positive addition to our administrative team. As the Director, you will help us to develop an environment that prioritizes safety and nurtures creativity continuously. We are looking for a leader that is always ready to learn new concepts and help staff in developing as a team. You'll bring a creative touch and caring attitude to our passionate team of childcare professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community daily. Duties

Effectively operates and manages all aspects of a child care facility, including enrollment building, family retention, human resources, marketing, and quality assurance. Trains and develops the teaching staff to provide creative, age-appropriate programs to all children served at the academy. Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations. Maintains high capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget. Establishes strong working relationships with state licensing authorities.

Requirements

Passion and love to work with children.
Able to build a professional relationship with staff and families
Minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Assistant Director or Center Director
State required Director's Credentials
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or other education related field (Preferred)
Prior knowledge of State and National Accreditation Agencies
DCF 45 hours
First Aid & CPR certification (Preferred)
Eligible Background Screening
