We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as an Overnight staff member at our West Maple location of Planet Fitness. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety and security of our members and the facility during the overnight hours.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting members as they enter the facility
- Monitoring and patrolling the gym floor to ensure all equipment is in working order and that members are following gym rules and regulations
- Addressing any member concerns or issues that may arise during the night
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and common areas on a regular basis
- Assisting with member check-ins and enrolling new members as needed
- Monitoring security cameras and following proper procedures in the event of any suspicious activity
- Handling any emergency situations that may occur and notifying proper authorities if necessary
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
