We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. Who We Want

Our Carson Wealth - The Shobe Financial Group Intern will assist Wealth Advisors and Planners by providing service and planning support to clients. They will prepare paperwork and ensure every aspect of client accounts are set up accurately and properly maintained.

What To Expect

• Assist in developing annual client review materials
• Interact with the firm’s Operations team on all planning and follow up
• Provide positive and professional service to the client base assigned
• Participate in daily morning advisor meetings, training, and continuing education requirements.
• Attend firm client events and meetings when needed
• Respond to client communications
• Analyze complex financial planning situations with Wealth Advisor
• Assist Wealth Advisors with other duties as needed

What You Need

• Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Education and Experience

• Anticipated Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business
• Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
• Desire to be in the financial services industry
