Currently called Urgent Care Now we re a local group of urgent care and walkin medical clinics poised to undergo a complete transformation aimed at becoming a leader in patient care and work culture. A new brand streamlined operations improved tech and expanded service offerings will soon be a part of our identity and we re looking for a highperforming practice manager to help us become the best providers of walkin medical services Sacramento has to offer.

How You ll Make an Impact:

As our Practice Manager you ll play a pivotal role in shaping our new identity working directly with senior leadership to identify and implement impactful changes to our operations. Furthermore you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinics ensuring efficient effective and highquality patient care. You will manage administrative and clinical staff coordinate with clinic managers ensure stellar patient services and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management excellent leadership skills and a passion for improving patient care. You ll serve as the leader of a tightknit group of staff working seamlessly to better the lives of our patients.

In this role you ll get to:

• Oversee the operations of the practice.
  
• Build strong positive relationships with our providers and work with them to enhance the success of our practice.
  
• Develop strong interdepartmental teamwork to make the experience of our patients providers and administrative staff the best it can be.
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction and coach employees to reach their highest potential.
  
• Participate in budget creation and expense management.
  
• Participate in staffing all departments.
  
• Ensure the practice is compliant with all relevant safety standards.
  
• Establish and maintain working relationships with the clinic managers.
  

What we re looking for:

• Preferred Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field
  
• 45 years of experience in healthcare management preferably in an urgent care or similar setting.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
  
• Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations compliance standards and best practices.
  
• Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  
• Commitment to delivering highquality patient care and improving clinic operations.
  

Compensation details:

You can expect a competitive salary offering ranging from $75000 $85000 annually based on relevant experience knowledge and other key qualities. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental benefits PTO and 401k contributions.
