Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coatings, commercial painting, and project estimation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial painting applications.
• Conduct thorough estimates and cost analyses for potential projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the painting industry.
• Strong knowledge of coatings and commercial painting techniques.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimation tools.
