The   Senior Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to own complete areas and contribute significantly to the FP&A function. This individual contributor   role will have visibility to key initiatives and priorities across the company, allowing for exposure to senior leadership. What You’ll Be Working On

• Manage Operating expenses and headcount analysis, and assist with overall forecasting and reporting.
• Be the primary point of contact with all the functional teams to help manage their expenses and headcount.
• Collaborate, as needed, with the Accounting team on month-end processes
• Partner with the Recruiting team to track intake and quantify cost impact and make recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain capacity/ headcount model for all departments – including active roster management, tracking of headcount, and link to budgeting and financial forecasts
• Improve the budgeting process by making it adaptive and dynamic, with the ability to report at both a granular and summary level as needed
• Support the creation of monthly financial reporting and analysis, ensuring a sustainable and repeatable process
• Support long range forecasting activities
• Identify and implement enhancements to planning and reporting processes to support decision-making
• Ad-hoc analyses, as needed

What You Bring to OneStudyTeam

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other business-related focus
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Financial Modeling, Opex, Spend & Headcount Planning preferred
• Advanced G-Suite Tools or Excel experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and analytic skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to digest inputs and turn into actionable items
• Ability to work cross-functionally, translating business priorities and requirements to financial outcomes
• Demonstrated empathy, exhibiting the OneStudyTeam values
