Allied Printing Services is a full-service commercial and financial printer that has been in operation since 1949 and are a print-media solutions provider in Manchester, CT. Job Summary:

The RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer will be responsible for collecting process requirements, designing, testing, implementing, maintaining application software, and related activities including customer management, coordination with the production team and internal departments.
(Note: Fulltime on location position/Not a remote position.)

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Experience in design, development, and delivery of multiple projects using RPA tools such as UiPath.
• Design and implement RPA solutions using industry best practices.  
• Build, deploy, and troubleshoot and enhance bots based on process requirements and following best practices and standards. 
• Demonstrate advanced programming/configuration/analytical skills to achieve business and or technical requirements. 
• Adept in RPA processes, including requirements gathering, solution designing, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, implementation using different tools, such as UiPath. 
• Experience in building QA/QC workflows.
• Ability to create Process Definition Documents (PDD) and ensuring process is documented correctly. 
• Ability to work with PHI and PII data. 
• Demonstrate an aptitude for learning and applying new and/or updated programming languages, techniques, and/or software development disciplines. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Expertise in RPA methodology and deployment. 
• Working knowledge of SQL, table design, and queries. 
• Skilled in automating business processes using RPA technologies. 
• Able to work independently to resolve discrepancies, defects, incidents, or problems with understanding of business and system impacts. 
• Good verbal and written comprehension to understand job orders and follow detailed instructions.
• Knowledge of print, mail processing, and manufacturing processes a plus.
• Manufacturing background preferred. 
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree or higher. 
• Preferred UiPath Certification.
• Experience in IT related field Experience with 1+ years RPA robot or automation solution development on UiPath (preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or another platform.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Allied Training: 6-12 months

Physical Requirements:  Standing-25%, Sitting- 40% Walking-35%, 

Job Type: Full Time On location position (This is not a remote position) 
Shift Available & Schedule:  1st shift 8:00am-4:30pm
