Purpose Statement

The Sales Analyst provides analysis, reporting, and governance support to the field sales organization to be better positioned to deliver against their sales plans.

The Sales Analyst actively advances user experience in Salesforce CRM and ensures other sales enablement tools are effectively integrated and adopted. Analyzes trends and data to enhance sales effectiveness.

This is a hybrid opportunity and will require this professional to live near our world headquarters in Buffalo, NY.

Key Accountabilities And Outcomes

  • Support the achievement of divisional targets by providing strategic analysis and direction for positive financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the launch, execution, and measurement of divisional campaign priorities.
  • Work with Salesforce Product Owners, Digital Demand Creation, Sales Leadership, and other internal teams to set CRM strategy and roadmap for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective and consistent messaging to the sales team and broker network about system requirements and the sales process in Salesforce.
  • Serve as the business lead to drive execution of the CRM strategy in collaboration with sales, IT, and through the AGILE process, including broker integration into Salesforce.
  • Identify strategic KPIs with sales leadership to track and measure sales performance and effectiveness within CRM.
  • Develop user support strategies with Demand Creation COE and SMEs to provide training and support to current and new users within CRM and integrated systems.
  • Coordinate and manage monthly governance on established trackable metrics.
  • Ensure maximum use of sales automation and corresponding technologies, including Salesforce, Sales Discovery G2, and PowerBi.
  • Govern and maintain Customer Hierarchy/Account updates.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested.
  • Support KAM/District Manager/Zone Director regarding CRM.
  • Manage CRM onboarding and maintenance (e.g., account creation, data quality improvement).
  • Provide systems support (CRM, G2, My Market Profile, PowerBi).


Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: business management, business analytics, economics, marketing, or similar) with 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain or an analytical discipline.
  • Demonstrate ability to support teams and projects; technical solid, report running, and analytical skills.
  • Self-disciplined, impeccably organized, and independently reliable.
  • Demonstrate Solid written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  • Skilled in adapting to the pace of sales and managing change.
  • Strong PC proficiency, including comprehensive Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); intermediate Excel user (experience with Salesforce & PowerBi a plus)
  • Food service industry experience preferred. #

Compensation

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$64,669.88 - $87,494.54
