In this role, you will travel to customer locations to provide service, maintenance and installation provide for equipment in the field. Their duties include installation, troubleshooting and repairs. Ensures the equipment is installed and working properly, but also manages customer relationships to boost customer retention and satisfaction, which ultimately boosts the company’s profitability.

Work Location includes: Escondido, CA 92025 and up to a 20 mile radius



Your role in our future

  • Install, configure, service, or upgrade equipment at customer locations, including hardware and software components.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, test equipment, and identify solutions to ensure optimal functionality.

  • Provide training, guidance, and technical recommendations to customers for proper operation and maintenance of products.

  • Perform routine maintenance, manage replacement parts inventory, and maintain tools and equipment for service calls.

  • Communicate effectively with customers during service calls, document technical issues for escalation, and evaluate opportunities for additional products or services.


Your profile

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, with 2-4 years in electrical/mechanical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.

  • Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment, read technical diagrams, and work independently.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and resolve issues effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to shifting priorities; able to lift/move 55lbs with or without accommodation.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel up to 80% to customer sites.

This position has an hourly pay range of:

$21.88-$32.84
