Job Description

Position Overview:
The Epicor Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Epicor ERP system, analyzing business processes, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Epicor functionality and the ability to leverage tools like Power BI and other Microsoft technologies to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Epicor ERP system to ensure it meets business needs.
  
• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data from Epicor to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within business processes.
  
• Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and provide insights to stakeholders.
  
• User Support: Train and assist users in navigating the Epicor system and utilizing reporting tools effectively.
  
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
  
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system processes, user guides, and best practices.
  
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Epicor functionality and recommend improvements as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience with Epicor ERP, including configuration and reporting.
  
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Excel and SQL Server.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.
