HQ Aero is currently recruiting for a TALENT ACQUISITION RECRUITER in BRIDGEPORT, WV .

• Full lifecycle recruitment for hourly & salaried positions. 
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and define specific recruitment needs; utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, community outreach, hiring events and employee referrals to attract a pool of candidates. 
• Review applications; conduct telephone and / or in person interviews as required. 
• Schedule interviews; ensure compliance of interview questions / materials.
• Seek feedback / hiring decision from hiring manager and create offer / collaborate with HRBP as needed; extend offer to candidate.
• Record feedback in ATS and internal tracking tools; ensure the Hiring Manager is well informed on requisition's status and candidates. 
• Collaborate with Talent Advisor on all candidates to ensure pre-employment checks / process is achieved. 
• Be informed about local job market trends, completion, and industry best practices to optimize recruitment strategies. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 4 years (or more) of talent acquisition experience in a staffing agency or on a recruiting team, with responsibility of full life cycle recruitment (hourly & salary roles).
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) and demonstrated usage in a business or recruitment environment. 
• Experience within the aviation industry is a plus.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information. 
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. 
• Apply a customer service approach to recruitment; candidate, hiring managers, team member's ae the customer. 
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills – specifically within the Microsoft suite of programs. 
• Hands-on experience with an ATS / Success Factors is a plus. 
• Demonstrate time management and follow-through; strong attention to details and organizational skills. 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Unites States for any employer without sponsorship. 

Job Type:

• Contract – Open ended
• Contract wage: DOE
• Shift Hours: Monday thru Friday - 8:30am till 5:00pm
