Summary: Woodshed Wine Company, a micro-winery located in Dundee, Oregon, is dedicated to crafting small-lot wines without compromise. We are seeking a part-time Hospitality Associate to deliver unparalleled hospitality in our modern, laid-back tasting room. We are breaking many of the rules of luxury wine hospitality. We are looking for someone that can help us create the perfect vibes.

Woodshed Wine Co. was founded by wine industry veteran Anthony Van Nice. It is located and a historic vineyard the Dundee Hills, first planted in 1978. It is a new project that is already garnering lots of attention. Despite only being open a few weeks, reservations are reaching max capacity most days.

Expectations:
Greet guests with enthusiasm and deliver exceptional service.
Lead engaging wine tastings, focusing on guest needs and wine education.
Promote our allocation list and build lasting connections with guests.
Collect guest data to enhance relationships.

Responsibilities:
Manage sales transactions and operate the POS system.
Host memorable tastings and accurately describe our wines.
Participate in wine education and promote our quality standards.

Requirements:
Passion for wine and exceptional hospitality skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Must be at least 21 years of age, with OLCC and Food Handler’s permits required by the start date.
requires weekend availability and flexibility during high-traffic holidays

Tasting Room Open Thursday through Sunday
Associate will earn sales commission and commission on allocation list sign ups. Will receive tips.
