Seekmate is seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform our product design decisions. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users. This is a full-time, remote position based in Vancouver, Canada.

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform product design decisions
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations
• Design and implement usability testing protocols to gather data on user interactions with our products
• Analyze data from user research and usability testing to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate with our design team to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design

• 3-5 years of experience in UX research or a related field
• Proven track record of conducting user research and usability testing to inform product design decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform design decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
