SUMMARY

MasterControl, Inc. is seeking a Validation and Quality Systems Engineer for a contractor role. Length of contract will be 6 months. Work will primarily focus on Automated Test Framework and validation / data integrity monitoring for day to day processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with the ServiceNow Development Team to design, architect and implement ATF solutions for Change and Customer Support workflows.
• Work to deliver validation and alerting for issues with CRM sync from Salesforce instance.
• Build monitoring solution for 3rd party integrations within the ServiceNow platform, including alert notifications via email and Slack.
• Develop custom table solution with restricted access allowing confidential information to be accessed only by specific non-admin groups.
  
  

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Relevant ATF and ITSM experience.
• Understanding of main issues with 3rd party integrations and concepts related to validation checks and alerting.
• Proven ability to build custom solutions with script includes and Flow Designer
  
  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be able to work well with people.
• Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, over the telephone and in e-mail.
