The Role
As Vice President and Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the Sales and Revenue function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will grow Miso’s current Sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic sales initiatives. The company already has existing customers and a demand pipeline, so this is a “hit the ground running” role with both current and potential customers who are already engaged. It is a key, senior role operating directly in partnership with and reporting directly to the company’s CEO. In particular, the CEO believes in rewarding success with a highly-competitive commission structure that incentives sales success. He also facilitates and encourages direct exposure to the company’s board.
The pay range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000 base salary + equity + commission + benefits. Miso’s leadership embraces a growth mindset. As such, OTE earnings potential will not be limited. Our salary ranges are determined by data from our industry peers, the level of responsibility, job-related skills required, training, education, experience, and the current stage of Miso’s growth. The range posted for this role represents a range that Miso, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
