Position: Full-Time On-Site Videographer/Photographer

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (with frequent travelling)

Salary: $50k-$60k (Could go beyond that depending on your experience)

Are you a talented Videographer/Photographer with a passion for visual storytelling? Do you excel in creating stunning videos and photos that captivate audiences? Our dynamic digital marketing team is seeking an experienced professional to join our team! This on-site position requires a creative individual who can bring our clients' visions to life through exceptional videography and photography.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, film, and produce videos for promotional, marketing, vacation rental, and company purposes, suitable for multi-platform use and distribution across websites, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo, and more.
• Edit audio and sound design on various projects, ensuring high-quality final products.
• Conduct meticulous photo shoots and video recordings for high-end residential properties, ensuring each image and video captures the essence of the property.
• Utilize advanced photography and videography techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to produce superior quality images and videos.
• Manage media assets and archive, keeping them organized and easily accessible.
• Serve as the go-to person for all things video and photo, providing expertise and guidance to the team.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with video editing software, including Final Cut, Da Vinci, Adobe Creative Suite video products (Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Experience with Matterport
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, transitions, and pacing.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and how to leverage them for maximum impact.
• Drone experience is a must.
• Highly organized and reliable, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
