Job Description

A luxury resort in the  British Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced Villa Director/Property Manager. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the luxury resort segment. Candidates must relocate to the British Virgin Islands.

Villa Director Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly Housing allowance

Villa Director Responsibilities:

• Must oversee the efficient running of the property.
• Responsible for liaising and communicating with all the homeowners as it relates to villa/facility
• Responsible for being the point person for owners for the following departments and service providers
• Manage villa management team which includes villa managers and villa coordinators

Villa Director Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction background, estate management, and/or luxury resort
• Caribbean experience is a plus.
• Must exert high attention to detail and maintain a 5-star service mentality.
• Must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands year round.
• College degree required.
• Computer proficient with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
