Responsibilities:
Vacation Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking their vacations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Travel Consultation: Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients, leveraging your knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and experiences to create unforgettable vacations tailored to their interests.
Reservation Management: Utilize booking systems and online platforms to make reservations, modify bookings, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to bookings, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and communications for future reference and follow-up.
Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, updates, and regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and timely information.
Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the overall vacation experience for clients.

Requirements:
Previous Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry, with a strong background in vacation planning, reservations, or customer service.
